Which areas of Prague are suitable for living with a family?
I believe there are no particularly unfavorable areas in Prague. The choice of area largely depends on the family’s lifestyle and budget for the purchase. With each client, we discuss the details, based on which I help select the most suitable areas for that specific family.
What taxes will I pay when buying property?
Currently, buyers in the Czech Republic are exempt from property purchase tax. In the future, property owners will pay an annual property tax, which is relatively low in the Czech Republic compared to other European countries. I assist my clients with filling out the tax declaration for this tax.
How can I rent out my property without my presence?
You can use my service of a property management, where I’ll fully manage your property from finding tenants, collecting payments, and handling ongoing issues. To do this, we will sign a property management agreement, and I will also need a power of attorney from you, which you can arrange without being in the Czech Republic.
