Do prices of the newly built flats go down because of the Coronavirus?

Many rumours have flooded real estate market because of the coronavirus situation. One of them is that the lack of the workforce and materials shortage would affect the deadlines of the new real estate projects. The April statistics of the finished projects shows that new constructions are still the most expensive type of real estate and their prices are constantly increasing.
Seven new projects with 536 apartments came to Prague market in April. The average apartment size has decreased by 3m2 versa March statistics and now makes 62 m2.
The most notable increase can be felt in average price per sq. meter: now it is 124.655 CZK/m2 which is higher than the average price per sq. meter in 2019 by 12.4%.
