After preparation of the property, for example using homestaging, it is time to work on marketing materials, i.e. property presentation. The property presentation is the key to the successful sale. The team of professionals will work to make your property outstand of all other offers on the market and attract the maximum amount of potential buyers.
The first impression is essential. If homebuyers aren’t attracted by the property presentation they see online, they will move on. Presentation also affects their perception of a home prior to seeing it. A good presentation will cause a positive emotion associated with the home.
