My name is Alexandra Kurbanova. I am a certified broker and I have been in real estate field since 2014. Since 2018, I have been working under RE / MAX Alfa, which has been the best office in the RE / MAX network in the entire country for many cosequent years.

We'll discuss your preferences: area, property layout, budget etc. We'll talk through your future vision for this real estate to ensure the identified type of the property goes along with your long term real estate plans. If required I'll connect you with the mortgage specialist to help finance your purchase.

the actual search of the property

I’ll actively search through the current internal and external offers and will email to you the property profiles that best match your criteria. I'll organise and assist you during the shortlisted properties' visits. If needed I can make viewings myself and send you the video together with my recommendations. I'll make a market price evaluation of the chosen property in order to negotiate the best possible purchase price for you.

Final steps:

I'll take care about all the documents, safe money storage on the dedicated escrow account. I'll assist you on the property handover and will transfer all the utilities to your name. I'll help with filling the tax declaration for the annual property tax.

Together we will agree on a sale strategy and prepare the real estate to the sale: I work with the team of specialists who will make sure your property will shine and will attract the largest amount of potential buyers. My team will take care of homestaging, small or larger repair, professional photos and video, 3D tour, etc.

I will run different marketing campaigns which will include the local real estate websites, Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn. Additionally I always do a campaign in the place of the sale. I'll conduct the sale terms negotiations with all the potential buyers to get the best conditions for you.

My lawyers will take care about all the legal paper work and the safe storage of the purchase price. Once the property is transferred to the name of the buyer, I'll help you to hand it over properly, transfer all the utilities and deregister from the property tax.
