Free valuation for owners
A free initial valuation gives you a practical estimate of your property’s market value. It is a guide rather than a formal expert report. When sufficient information is available, we aim for an accuracy of approximately ±10%.
For a more precise valuation, we inspect the property and consider its condition, advantages, drawbacks and potential. The price of this service depends on the complexity of the work.
Valuation for inheritance
If you have inherited an apartment, house or land, a valuation will show its current market value. If you later ask us to sell the property, the valuation is free. Otherwise, the following prices apply:

On-site inspection: CZK 500. We normally need a Land Registry extract and a document showing how the deceased owner acquired the property. If the documents are unavailable, the cost of obtaining them is charged separately.
Valuation for divorce
If you sell the property through us, the valuation is free. Otherwise, you can choose a standard valuation for an agreement between spouses or an expert report for court.
Standard valuation
This is usually enough when both spouses agree on how to divide the property without going to court.

Expert report for court
If the property is divided through court, a report from a court-appointed expert is usually required. The estimated price is CZK 3,000–8,000, depending on the number and type of properties.
Valuation for co-owners
A valuation shows the property’s real market value and helps co-owners agree on a fair settlement.
