Extraordinary payments can be made, and the entire annuity can be paid off using your own funds or refinanced through your bank. Before the project is completed, the developer will negotiate with the financing bank to lower interest rates based on the current market situation.
The buyer pays an entry fee to the cooperative of 15,000 CZK and an administrative transfer fee of 25,000 CZK, both directly to the cooperative, in addition to the purchase price.
