Buying a home in the Czech Republic.

A bag of money won’t help.

That’s not how it works in the Czech Republic. Here, you can only use cash for purchases up to ten thousand euros. Real estate is paid in a completely different way.

It must go through a bank transfer from an account in the buyer’s name. And you don’t even need a Czech bank account — you can wire the money directly from your home country.

Most often, the funds go into an escrow account with a lawyer, notary, or bank — it’s safe, transparent, and protected by law.

Crypto, checks, cash? Nope — not in Czech real estate.
