Even if an apartment looks perfectly fine at first glance, that doesn’t necessarily mean there are no legal risks. Some issues can affect not only the purchase itself, but even your ownership of the property after the deal is completed.
That’s why it’s important to check the property and all relevant documents before signing any agreements or making any payments.
