Pre-sale preparation

We will agree on a selling strategy together and prepare the property for sale. We cooperate with a team of specialists who will ensure that your property shines and attracts the greatest number of potential buyers. Our team will take care of property preparation, minor repairs and professional presentation of the property: photos, videos, 3D tours, etc.


When selling a property, we always run several marketing campaigns on real estate websites, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Another important selling tool is local advertising – a property banner or flyers. We will arrange viewings of the property and negotiate the terms of sale with prospective buyers.

Closure of the sale

Our lawyers will take care of all legal matters and the safe purchase price escrow. Once the property title has been transferred to the buyer, we will help you hand it over properly, transfer the utilities and de-register from paying property tax.
